Order and Delivery Process

Step 1 – Browse Our Gallery
Point and click through our gallery that’s searchable by painter, style,subject, new arrivals and even Museums.

When you find he painting you are looking for, or have a customs request, choose the size in which you would like to order it.

For customs orders, and in the occasion that we don’t have the painting you are looking for in our database, click to let us know your request.



Step 2 – Request A Qoute
When you are walking through an art gallery and ask the gallery owner how much a painting is, you’re under no obligation to purchase it, right ?.
We work the same way. By simply requesting a quote, you’re under no obligation to purchase anything. We are just letting you know our price.
Before we can create a work of art for you, we’ll need to know exactly what we’ll be painting. Please fill out the form and we will email you our price and information about how to purchase if you choose to move forward.

Step 3 – Complete the Order
Complete the order by paying by bank transfer. After confirmation of your order we will send you the bank details.



Step 4 – We Start Working
On Your Masterpiece
We will assign the best artist for your painting.

Our artist will begin the work and will complete it within 14-21 days.


Step 5 – Painting Approval
If requested by you (during checkout) we will email you a photo of your painting.
You can then accept the painting or ask for modifications.

We will ship your painting only upon your approval.



Step 6 – Insured Courier Shipping
Your Painting will be rolled inside a tube to be framed locally.

We will ship the painting to you with UPS, DHL or TNT and email you the tracking number.
